1. Get your API key
API keyProfile menu → API Keys
- 1Log in to BambooHR.
- 2Click your name in the top-right corner and choose API Keys.
- 3Click Add New Key, name it, and generate.
- 4Copy the API key — it inherits your account permissions.
The key carries your own user permissions; note your subdomain.

Admin → Integrations → BambooHR
- 1Open DigitalCrew and go to Admin → Integrations.
- 2Search for BambooHR and click Connect.
- 3Paste your BambooHR API key into the API Key field.
- 4Choose which crew members can use BambooHR.
- 5Click Connect — your key is encrypted and stored securely.
